Important Notice! According to the Chinese Custom Department requirement, the delivery must provide:
- Proof of price of the item you are delivering (e.g. Costco reciept, screenshot of the product price on Walmart)
- All sender must provide receiver's personal ID card photo back and front.
- Each parcel's value cannot be exceeding the value of CAD$180, if over, we will seperate into two or more parcels.

So you will be provided with one tracking number that can be used to track your delivery in SF official site since we manage the delivery all the way to the shipments in other countries.

Yes! Every delivery will be provided with a unqiue tracking number that can be used 24/7. So you can deliver with a peace of mind anytime.
What is the delivery days/period?
We only use SF air shipping for all of our clients that all the parcels and documents will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
How to deliver my parcel or documents?
Simply visit our shipping center at 04-205 Torbay Rd, Markham, ON L3R 3W4 within our working hours and we will have you delivery processed quaickly!
Is there any tax for delivery to China?
The Chinese Custom might (50% of chance) charge 13%-20% import tax based on the parcel value.
However, we don't required to charge any HST for exporting your parcel!
Do I need to bring my own box for delivery?
This is optional as you can bring your own box or parcel. We can also provide you the box with the cost of only $1-2 depending on the sizes.
